Evgeny Kissin and Veniamin Smekhov “The Unquenchable Torch” at St John’s Smith Square

The Unquenchable Torch is an evening of poetry and music dedicated to the victims of Stalin’s anti-Semitic campaign.

Owing to the combined brilliance of world renowned pianist Evgeny Kissin and actor Veniamin Smekhov, the world premiere of this literary-musical composition took place last year in Carnegie Hall, New York, and received a standing ovation from its audience.

And now, for the first time from the hands of one city to the next, The Unquenchable Torch is being passed on to London. This is a must see.
